Help decide how we invest in Liberty Lake’s parks!

Liberty Lake is planning future park improvements through our Capital Improvement Program—and we want your input!

You have 500 points to fund Capital Improvement Program projects planned over the next 1–6 years. The projects on this list were selected based on extensive community feedback throughout the Parks & Recreation Master Plan process. Through our initial workshop, community survey, and pop-up events, certain priorities emerged. Then, those priorities were taken back to the public through many pop-up events at community events and another community survey to determine which of the priorities should go on this list.

Now, we are bringing the priorities back to you again. We hope it is clear how much we want to have the Liberty Lake community truly guiding this plan and our priorities!

Not all projects can be completed—use your points to help the city decide how funding is prioritized, by voting on the improvements that matter most to you.

*Project point values reflect relative cost, complexity, and long-term investment.

Your participation helps ensure park investments reflect community needs.

This CIP Priority engagement activity will be open until the end of the day on Monday, February 23, 2026.
