Harvest Festival / Boo Bash
The consultant team will host a booth at the Harvest Festival/Boo Bash on Main Street. At this event we will hand out candy, stickers, and flyers. The flyers will include the project statement, the website URL and QR code, and an email address for questions to be sent directly to the Project Partners. At our booth we will also have boards that pose questions to the public so that community members can add their responses.

Brewery Night
The Project Partners will attend the Wednesday Night Tiny Tap at Elizabeth Brewing Company. THis will provide an opportunity to connect with community members that might not otherwise participate in traditional engagement activities.

Community Workshop
We will conduct a community workshop, a hybrid experience of in-person or online engagement. This meeting will orient participants to the larger recreation and parks context and vision and share how you can influence the process.
