The City of Bonney Lake is developing a Safety Action Plan to evaluate the city’s existing transportation system, document safety concerns and deficiencies, and identify improvements. This plan will be used to guide future safety investments and to secure state and federal funding.
Help us identify areas that need additional safety attention. You may participate in some or all of this survey. All feedback we receive will be incorporated in the final plan and help ensure that your concerns and priorities are addressed.

Phase 1: Data Collection
Collect existing safety information for all city roadways. This includes collecting traditional crash reports for the past several years. However, understanding the safety of a communities roadway system requires more than a review of existing crash reports. To capture a more complete understanding of existing safety conditions, we are reaching out to the community to incorporate personal near-miss experiences and areas of concern.

Analyze existing crash data to identify patterns in crash type, crash circumstances, and crash locations.
